Amazon Kindle

by on 2011/05/08

Here is the review for the Amazon Kindle. The Amazon Kindle is available on Amazon.com for 9.99 It uses the Sprint EVDO network to access data much like a cell phone without a wireless hotspot and most of all, it is free. It has 256 MB of internal storage and provides an SD memory card slot along with a USB mini slot, along with a headphone jack.

Amazon releases cheaper ad-supported Kindle. For details, go to Facebook and search “ereader” to access the ereader community page for the latest news and offers.

I bought? the Kindle a couple of days ago, and it has been amazing to me. Bought a couple of books, including The Forgotten Kingdom by Julius Carlos and Sanctuary by Prashanth Nayar, and both stories were amazing! Sanctuary was particularly heart wrenching, a short story that somehow managed to grab my attention from start to finish. Amazing product, have not regretted it at all.

How many people actually own Kindles at this point? I’m trying to sell an eBook, and I curious to know how big the audience is. I know peole can get the kindle app, but I’m still wondering just how many people own this thing.

I did a lot of research and watched alot of reviews before buying an e-reader. But did you know that you can not use the Kindle to access FREE books from your local library using Overdrive. We all pay taxes that allow us to borrow free books from our local library and that does include new and latest bestsellers. Check out Overdrive website for a list of devices that allow you to borrow e-books from your library. Check with your local library and see if they offer e-books, some might not.

Jesus Christ, the K1 looks so chunky compared to the nice and sleek K3.

I had a Kindle for Xmas ( love to bits). I downloaded loads of free books. I’m a bit of a Churchill nut and a mate of mine recommended a book called What Churchill Would Do, I have avoided buying books so far (no point with so much free stuff) but it was dirt cheap so I thought I would give it a go. It was a really great book, loads of war stuff and some interesting and different business advice. Not the usual drivel you get . Worth checking out when you get a chance.
